Infinity Family Properties & Associates — part of Infinity Family Group, LLC — is an independent Texas real estate brokerage. This policy describes how our website, https://www.infinityfamilygroup.com, collects, uses, and shares information. It covers this website only. Questions about privacy can be sent to ialkire@infinityfamilygroup.com.
Contact and request forms. The forms on this website — for a free consultation, a home search, investor or commercial inquiries, a vendor application, or a market-update consultation — do not store your answers on the website. When you submit one, it opens in your own email program and is sent to us as an email at ialkire@infinityfamilygroup.com. We receive the information you choose to include, typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.
Scheduling. "Schedule a Consult" links take you to Calendly, the scheduling service we use for appointments. If you book a time, the name, contact details, and notes you enter there are shared with us so we can hold your appointment, and they are also handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we keep that correspondence so we can respond and serve you.
Hosting and delivery. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, the hosting platform receives the standard technical data every web request carries — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time — so it can deliver the site and help keep it secure.
Our visitor counter. We run our own simple visitor counter, which began counting on October 22, 2026. It records one thing: a running total of visits. It keeps a marker in your browser's session storage so a single visit is counted once; it does not use cookies, does not identify you, and is not shared with advertisers or analytics companies.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies of its own. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Fonts and maps. Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, and our search and school pages display maps using tiles from OpenStreetMap. When your browser loads those fonts or map tiles, it requests them directly from those providers, which can see standard request data such as your IP address.
No advertising trackers. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website — no advertising pixels, and no sale of browsing data to anyone.
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for appointments, and to provide the real estate services you ask for — including sending information you requested, such as market updates. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve this website. We also keep records as needed to meet the legal and licensing obligations that apply to a licensed real estate brokerage in Texas.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
When sharing does happen. Information is shared only with the service providers that make this website and our scheduling work — our hosting platform, and Calendly if you book through it, as described above — and, when you direct us to, with the professionals involved in a service you have asked us to arrange. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order or other lawful process, or when needed to protect the rights or safety of our clients, our team, or the public.
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and to satisfy the record-keeping requirements that apply to a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove identifying details from it.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may email us at ialkire@infinityfamilygroup.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Some records — for example, transaction records a brokerage must retain — may need to be kept even after a deletion request; if so, we will tell you.
Emails from us. If you no longer want to receive update emails from us, reply to any of them and let us know, or email us at the address above, and we will stop sending them.
Your browser. You can clear or block browser storage and cookies through your browser settings at any time; this website will continue to work.
Children. This website is intended for adults arranging real estate services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy. If we change how this website handles information, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
